This course is an opportunity for all new staff working in General Practice and offers insight to the role that General Practice plays within the NHS.
Exploring the Governance of general Practice to increase awareness for staff in understanding QoF and CQC.
There will be practical learning to support the role, and this will include Chaperone training, Infection control and awareness of medical terminology.
Communication styles and customer care will be considered, and you will feel more equipped to manage the day-to-day pressures of a busy workplace.
