We are delighted that NHS South East have agreed to fully fund this course for all Health Care Assistants, Care Navigators, or members of the Nursing Team working in Practices in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Working collaboratively with Wessex LMC, this 3 day course will cover several core subjects for clinical practice and provide a competency framework for each area of learning to be completed with mentorship within the workplace.
Each student will be provided with their own personal CPD Development folder that they can use as a working document to store evidence of learning. As they build their Portfolio it will demonstrate their valuable contribution to the workforce; improving patient care and encouraging self-development.
The portfolio will become invaluable in their continued development, whether they progress to train as a Nursing Associate or Nurse or purely to consolidate their clinical role within the practice.
