Brief Outline of Experience
Sarah is a specialist nurse in diabetes. Her background is both midwifery and practice nursing. She currently works within the community offering support and education to GPs PNs and community nurses with their complex patients. She also works within secondary care and is the lead DSN for the pregnancy. Sarah is a trained DESMOND Educator and a non medical prescriber.
